By accessing or using the StarQuest platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

StarQuest provides a recruitment and applicant tracking platform that enables organizations to manage job postings, candidate applications, and hiring workflows. The Service includes web-based tools, integrations, and related features as described in our product documentation.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• •Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• •Be responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of candidate data complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Starquest AS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload but grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starquest AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway, with Stavanger as the legal venue.
